David Nda-Isaiah represented International Community School at #MTNChamps Season 1 Grand Finale staged in Abuja, where he competed in the 100m and 200m events of the Youth Boys category.
He delivered quite the performance in the 100m, running the fastest time across the heats and clocking a new PB of 11.31s in the Semis. He went on to claim a Bronze medal in the final. Giving the 200m final his best shot, David settled for a 5th place finish but was rewarded with a new Personal Best of 23.64s.
Based on his performance, he was invited to join Team MVP for the MTN CHAMPS Season 2 Grand Final in Calabar. At Calabar, he ran a new Season’s Best (SB) of 11.44s in the 100m semis, and a new Personal Best (PB) of 23.20s in the 200m semis, depicting his commitment to improvement.
David Nda-Isaiah’s display of talent throughout the two seasons has now been rewarded with the coveted GOLDEN TICKET to join #TeamMTN at the MoC Athletics Academy.
